Pillows were not what we are use to at Hampton Inns, there are usually more in the room if needed and we could have used a couple more. Breakfast was O.K. I would have liked hot coffee at various times thru out the day/night but found more often than not the coffee was luke warm at best.

Very good location, not too far from anything.

There was a leak coming from the ceiling in our bathroom that soaked my shoes and almost caused my fiancé to slip and fall. Once made aware, the hotel staff were very accommodating.

a really nice way to end my thanksgiving. fancy hip new place with particularly good location close to rehoboth beach, all the outlets and delaware. very very good breakfast for the value, combined with a great service. friendly check-in and late check-out, parking nearby. the pool area was well-maintained too.

Karen at the front desk helped by being what I consider a trusted friend, when I didnt have any other family or friends in town to take care of my child She took the the time to help me get familiar with care .com I asked for assistance with child care and then later food delivery. she didnt hesitate when asked. She smiled and provided great customer service. Kudos Karen.

The room was substandard how it was rated an 8.8 is beyond me , the bed was hard room was dirty shower had rust in it tissue box was dusty roof in bathroom was patched poorly not worth the hard earned money it cost me !! never again ,lobby staff not very friendly. Weren't very informative didnt even greet us when we went to the front desk too busy on cell phones to pay attention to us . POOR POOR EXPERIENCE expected better from the Hampton .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and had great variety, and I loved the cleanliness of the room, especially the spacious shower. The staff was always helpful, especially when I needed extra supplies.

Favourable location in general, very amiable and accommodating staff from front desk to housekeepers. Good sized room, the bed was nice.

The front desk staff, especially brian and pamela, were really friendly and professional. The room was clean and tidy, and they honored my request for the floor. Breakfast was decent, with the waffle bar being a hit for my family. The indoor pool was a nice bonus for the kids, and the cleaning staff were always on top of things. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short drive to the beach!

We arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was able to check us in within a very short time. The breakfast was more than enough and the area was kept clean.

We loved how close we were to bowling and swimming. The hotel is a great spot, with convenient access to fun activities. We enjoyed every moment of our group vacation and can't wait to go back.

There was an issue when we checked in. Our room had some extra beds due to a mix-up, made things a bit uncomfortable. It didn't feel like a priority for staff at that moment.
